JENDELA map aka National Digital Infrastructure Plan’s (Jendela) is a new app created by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) .user can now check if their Internet speeds are up to benchmarks through the App or via website.Users can see which telcos are available in the area, the services provided (like 2G, 4G or fibre) and expected speeds.

if you have issue with your isp telco in Malaysia ,you may also submit a report on how each telco's mobile service performs in a particular area. Today, JENDELA app is now available on the Google Play and Apple App Store.

The app has five main features: coverage map, feedback submission, a feedback map, Keluarga Malaysia (Malaysian Family) Digital Economy Centre (PEDi) locator and a point of interest database.


If you like, you can read up some JENDELA news or go to the JENDELA website directly from your mobile. All in all, the app is quite similar to the website but much more convenient for Malaysians now. As aforementioned, the JENDELA app is now available to download for free on the Google Play and Apple App Store.

The coverage map also allows consumers to see which telecommunication service providers are available, what standard of service technology such (2G, 4G or fibre-optics) and the speeds that are expected from the providers.

 2.Feedback Submission


Feedback Map Status
You can submit your feedback based onnyour location .use the search box at the top of the map to search for your address, then click on the map to pick your location.For feedback submission .Currently JENDELA app only provides 5 telco options – Celcom, Digi, Maxis, U Mobile and Unifi Mobile. This is the same situation for the web version of the JENDELA map as shown below. If you have a service issue with YTL Communications’ Yes 4G or 5G service, you won’t be able to submit your feedback via the JENDELA Map


3.Feedback Map Status

Besides showing coverage areas, the JENDELA app also allows you to view other user feedback or service requests submitted by location status.  The status of each feedback is also marked by different pin colours, so you’ll be able to see how many reports are still under investigation, delayed and closed.

Beside these Basis Features .You can browser the latest news via "JENDELA News"section.The“Menarik Di” section which doesnt seem to have any  telco news. This is the section to highlight places of interest. 

Another useful features of JENDELA is that you can download the latet TELCO performence report news Quarterly from JENDELA website.
