Let's dive into Part 2!
1. redONE USSD Codes (Updated 2026)
redONE is Malaysia's largest ASEAN Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) running on the Celcom network. They are famous for their postpaid family plans (RED Family) and no-contract options. As of 2026, redONE serves over 1 million Malaysians.
Primary USSD Code
- *123# – The main redONE USSD portal. From here you can check your balance, view data usage, and purchase add-ons.
Balance & Account Inquiry
- *123# then select option 1 – Check remaining credit balance.
- *123# then select option 2 – Check active plan and remaining data quota.
- *123# then select option 3 – Check account validity and expiry date.
Top-Up & Purchases
- *123# then select option 4 – Purchase internet add-ons (daily, weekly, or monthly passes).
- *122*<PIN number># – Reload your account using a prepaid top-up PIN purchased from any convenience store or petrol station.
Customer Support
- *123# then select option 0 – Request a callback from redONE customer service.
- 13111 – Direct hotline to redONE customer support (toll-free).
Note for redONE Users: Since redONE is primarily a postpaid provider, many users don't need to check balance frequently. However, for prepaid (RED One Prepaid) users, the *123# menu is essential.
2. Yoodo USSD Codes (Updated 2026)
Yoodo is Malaysia's first fully digital, customizable telco, owned by CelcomDigi. Yoodo is unique because you build your own plan by choosing exactly how much data, voice, and SMS you want. However, because Yoodo is app-based by design, their USSD support is minimal but still exists for basic functions.
Primary USSD Code
- *118# – The main Yoodo USSD menu. This is the only code you really need to remember.
What You Can Do With *118#
- Check your remaining credit balance
- Check your remaining data quota (after you customized your plan)
- Check account validity and expiry date
- Purchase add-ons if you run out of data
Important Note About Yoodo (2026 Update)
Yoodo strongly encourages using the Yoodo app for full functionality. The USSD menu (*118#) only provides basic balance and data information. To change your custom plan, buy new add-ons, or manage your account, you must use the app or the Yoodo website.
Pro Tip: Yoodo does not have traditional top-up PINs. All reloads are done via the app using FPX, credit card, or e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay). If you have zero data and cannot access the app, use *118# to buy a small data add-on over USSD.
3. unifi Mobile USSD Codes (Updated 2026)
unifi Mobile is Telekom Malaysia's (TM) mobile arm, running on the Celcom network (and using unifi's own WiFi hotspots). They offer popular prepaid plans like unifi Prepaid 40 and BEBAS (tiered daily, weekly, monthly plans).

- *118# then select option 5 – Purchase BEBAS plans (tiered daily plans starting from RM1/day).
Top-Up & Reload
- *122*<VIP number># – Reload using a unifi Mobile top-up VIP/PIN code.
- *118# then select option 6 – Reload via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay).
Customer Support
- *118# then select option 0 – Get unifi customer support number.
- 13100 – Direct hotline to unifi Mobile customer service.

Which Telco Should You Choose in 2026?
Here is a quick comparison to help you decide if any of these Part 2 telcos fit your needs:
- Choose redONE if: You want postpaid family plans (share data across up to 5 lines) with no contract. Great for families.
- Choose Yoodo if: You are tech-savvy, want 100% customization (pay only for what you use), and don't mind using an app for everything.
- Choose unifi Mobile if: You are already a unifi home internet user (bundled discounts) or you want flexible daily BEBAS plans starting at RM1.
- Choose ALTEL or Mcalls if: You want the cheapest basic prepaid plan and don't need fancy features.
Why Keep This USSD Guide Handy?
Even in 2026, USSD codes remain essential because:
- No internet needed – Works when your data runs out at midnight
- Works on any phone – Even old Nokia or emergency backup phones
- Faster than apps – 3 seconds vs 30 seconds
- No battery drain – Uses GSM network, not your phone's processor
Safety Reminder
Never dial a USSD code sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp claiming you won a prize. Scammers use fake codes like *123*XXXXXXXXX# to trick you into transferring credit. Only use codes from your telco's official website or this guide.
