Maxis Home Fibre plans new user need to sign up a 24-months contract to get started.

Value added Service (VoIP)

The plans come with a voice service. Maxis Fibre Voice Service is a voice-over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP) telephone service offered by Maxis in Malaysia. It allows customers to make voice calls over their Maxis Fibre internet connection instead of using traditional phone lines. 

For new customer, you have an option to add Unlimited Voice at RM10 per month which also comes with a free DECT phone. Alternatively, you may plug in your own telephone and will be charged on a pay-as-you-use basis at standard rates of RM0.09/minute charge to mobile and fixed line number. Standard rates for international and special numbers will apply.

For existing customer changing to 30/100/300/500/800 rate plans, DECT phone is not provided and you will have to buy your own.

Transfer your Line To New House

If you are moving to a new house. You can transfer your Maxis Home Fibre to your new houseIf your new address is within coverage, just walk-in to any Maxis Store to request for relocation. On the installation day, please bring along your modem to new installation address; RM200 may be applicable for new modem.

If your new address is not within Maxis coverage area, bring along your modem and walk into your nearest Maxis Centre to terminate your fibre service. Early termination fee is applicable if your existing service and home devices are still within contract.
