What you Get from Hotlink Prepaid Internet 365
With Hotlink Prepaid Internet 365 plan, your account/ sim CAN BE active up to 365 days (1 year) from the day of activation/ purchase 365 pass . This means you do not have to constantly top up to keep your account/ SIM active every month. Note that the Hotlink Prepaid Internet 365 starter pack doesn't preload with 365 days active .
The 365 days Active Period pass
The 365 days Active Period pass is priced at RM30 and can be purchase from your Hotlink app. By activating this pass, your account/ SIM will be active for 365 days (1 year) from the day of activation/ purchase.
Started Pack Price : RM10 ( 5 days active RM5 Preloaded credit)
If you buy from Maxis Hotlink official stock or website .The starter pack is RM10 and preloaded with RM5 credit. Upon activation, the plan gives you 5 active days and 30 inactive days. It mean you have 5 days to make call /sms .After 5 days ,you will in the inactive period .During the inactive period, you can only receive incoming calls and SMS ,You cannot access to internet even you have purchase 365 internet pass .(i will explain more detail on this pass below) .To be able to make calls, send SMS, & surf the internet, You need to top up. , Always remember top up before the end of the inactive period or you will loss your Hotlink number.
If you buy just only the sim card, in order start using the internet. you need to purchase any of the mobile internet passes . This pack does not come with FREE Basic Internet.
Hotlink Prepaid Internet 365 Online Bundle
If you buy from Maxis Hotlink official stock or website .(NOT SHOPEE/ LAZANDA reseller)The Hotlink Internet 365 Online Bundle pack is RM25. This pack is preloaded with RM2 credit and a 10GB Internet pass ,the internet pass is valid for 365 days. The sim has 60 active days period and 30 inactive days after 60 days.
It mean : Upon activation, this Bundle pack your 60 days active .Although you have 10GB 365 days Internet pass .you only can surf for 60 days.
Voice calls rates & SMS rates
With Hotlink Prepaid Internet 365 plan, flat rate of 15sen/30-sec for calls & 15sen/SMS to all local networks. Video call is same rate as voice call.
Top up
Just like others prepaid plan .you can use Hotlink app from Google Play or Apple App Store to top up ,purchase pass, etc. Alternatively, you may dial *100# to manage your account.

All internet passes are valid for 365 days or until the quota is fully depleted. The mobile internet pass will be removed from your subscription when it expires or when the quota is fully depleted. Either way , that internet passes will be removed from your subscription when the quota is fully depleted or when it expires after 365 days.
Your account/ SIM must be active for you to use any services (out going call & SMS, or browse the internet). You will be able to use your remaining quota once you have topped up.
After topping up my credit, I purchased a 365 days Active Period pass on the same day. Why does my active date remain the same after purchasing the 365 days SIM Validity pass?
The active days is calculated from the purchase date of the 365 days Active Period pass. The active days will be calculated on the furthest date between the 2 dates.
Example: On January 1st 2022 you have Top up RM30 and purchased the 365 days SIM Validity pass on the same day, your active period will be extended to December 31st 2022(365 days from January 1st).
Finalize the cost for 365days Active + Internet :
Sim = RM10
Data (4GB) =RM10
or
Data (10GB) =RM20
The 365 days Active Period pass =RM30
RM10+RM10+RM30 = RM50( 4GB Internet)
RM10+RM20+RM30 = RM60( 10GB Internet)
